If you've downloaded the Windows or source prerelease 3 of Unangband in the last two days, can I ask you to download it again? There's a couple of major bugs fixed during this time frame - one affecting the ability to use effects on yourself, one affecting a display issue with a terminal configuration that I hadn't tested on - and I've refreshed the existing prerelease files rather than do a separate release to address these two bugs.
