My wife Jasmin and I honeymooned in Zihuantanejo, Mexico. Apparently they have 5 or 6 turtles crawling up from the Pacific a night and laying approximately 100 eggs each. The hotels have a number of 'incubators' which look like raised sand pits, which they move the eggs to once they've collected them. They then release the turtles, usually in the early evening.
