AI and Procedural Generation

For those of you who haven't grokked procedural content generation for things other than maps, you may want to read Chet Faliszek's clear explanation of the AI Director in Left4Dead. For those of you who have, you can instead depress yourself with Dave Mark's description of the combinatorial explosion that causes problems for automated testing of AI (and PCG).
